We provide several service features that our customers have found benefit them as care providers and their residents. Some of these services include:

  • Specialized medication packaging
  • Medication administration records (MARs) are color coded and include resident photograph
  • Option for Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMARs)
  • Itemized invoices and local dedicated billing team

Medications can be unit-dosed and provided in bubble packs or compliance strip packaging. Multi-dosed packaging can be provided in weekly, bi-weekly or monthly compliance strip, bubble packs or Medicine-On-Time.

DocuTrack removes paper from the pharmacy – creating productive workflows, flawless audits and superior customer service that is not possible while using paper. DocuTrack increases productivity and improves overall customer service.

FacilityLink is a web-based application hosted in the pharmacy that electronically connects the facility with the pharmacy information system. It provides real-time access to data in the pharmacy database, as well as a secure communication channel between the pharmacy and facility.
